C'est un film hybride à la croisée de deux genres : le documentaire et la danse.
Contraints de fuir leur terre natale, des migrants anonymes expriment leur sentiment de déconnexion, interrogeant les notions d’identité et d’appartenance. Des histoires non racontées émergent dans le labyrinthe d’un paysage urbain.

When the chair fell into the void is a hybrid film at the intersection of two genres: documentary and dance. Forced to escape their homeland, anonymous migrants voice their feeling of disconnection, questioning the notions of identity and belonging. Untold stories emerge in the maze of an urban landscape. The emotional fragments are motivating the movements of masked dancers: exploring the city, their body seems to be animated by the flow words, articulated by the cathartic memories.
